2007 Huntley Project 28, Columbus 12

This game, played in Worden on September 30, 2007, matched the 4-0 Devils with the 4-0 Cougars. Columbus jumped out to a 6-0 first quarter lead but Eric Buer scored in the second quarter to give Huntley a 7-6 edge going into the half. The Devils would go on to outscore the Cougars 21-6 over the final two quarters to come away with a 28-12 victory. Eric Buer led a Project offense that rolled up 348 yards by rushing for 144 yards and two touchdowns. Lucas Knight led the defense with 13 tackles.
